About Poetical Beauty by Jas I am a Licensed Nail Tech and Esthetician based in Columbus, OH. My work is rooted in both beauty and intention, creating a space where you can relax, reset, and leave feeling lighter than when you arrived. Broad St Columbus, OH 43213 Please arrive on time for your appointment and review all booking policies prior to scheduling. Please note: I no longer offer house call services. ⸻ 💅 Booking Guidelines To ensure the best quality service and scheduling flow: • Nail & Toe Combo appointments (Nails + Pedicures together) are only available on Saturdays • If both services are booked together on a weekday, I will contact you to reschedule your appointment to a Saturday • Saturdays are reserved specifically for combo/self-care appointments Thank you for understanding and respecting scheduling boundaries 💕 ⸻ 🎓 Nail Training Classes Nail training classes are available for aspiring nail techs and beginners wanting hands-on education in a personalized setting. Training sessions may be: • Booked 3 consecutive days in a row • Or spread out across multiple dates based on scheduling needs Please note: • Final payment must be completed before class begins on the first scheduled training day • Classes will not begin until full payment has been received For training inquiries, please contact me directly before booking. ⸻ 💳 Payments & Deposits A $15 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This amount will go toward your total balance. Remaining balance must be paid via: • Exact cash • Zelle • Cash App Flexible payment options such as Afterpay, Klarna, and Affirm are available at checkout when booking online. All payments are final. ⸻ ⏰ Late Policy Please arrive on time to ensure the best quality service. A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After this: • A $15 late fee may be applied • Your appointment may be canceled if timing does not allow completion If you are running late, communication is always appreciated 💕 ⸻ 🔁 Rescheduling & Cancellations Life happens, I completely understand. I just ask for communication and respect for my time and other clients. • A 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations or reschedules • Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred with proper notice No-shows or lack of communication: • Will result in a 50% service charge • May lead to being unable to book future appointments Multiple reschedules without communication may also result in booking restrictions. ⸻ 🌙 After-Hours Appointments Appointments requested outside of regular business hours are available for an additional $50 fee. Please message me directly to arrange after-hours bookings. ⸻ ❗ Important Appointment Guidelines To ensure the best results and experience, please review the following: • Please arrive with bare nails (no acrylic, gel, or polish) • Failure to do so will result in a $35 removal/inconvenience fee • If removal is needed, it is recommended to book 2–3 days prior • I do not work over other nail techs’ work • Please book a removal if needed • Fill-ins are only available for returning clients • More than 3 repairs will require booking a new set • Services cannot be performed on severely damaged nails or skin Thank you for respecting these policies, they help me provide the best experience for every client 💕
